She was the Founder Principal of Mount Litera Zee School, Pan India Deputy Director Academics of more than 35 schools at Shriram New Horizons and Education Director for Shriram E-Classes. She is proficient in developing, leading, managing and monitoring various educational programmes in well-known and distinguished institutions all over the country in Preschools and K12 schools. She has made a meaningful impact on every institution through an extensive repertoire of personally developed trainings. As an Education Auditor, she has been able to identify the shortcomings of the Principal, the teachers, the support staff in each visited school. After analysing the prevailing situation, she has personalised and customised workshops as well as trainings in a graded manner and monitored every step to put each school on a path to complete recovery in the realm of academics and administration.
